How can I order custom-made jewelry that are not included in the shop?

If you want to order custom-made jewelry, you can use the contact form. There you can tell me what you want. Indicate the type of jewelry and sizes. You can also take a look at the Gallery to see if there is a photo of similar jewelry.

Keep in mind that for custom made jewelry there is no examination time. This means that when a jewelry piece is custom made, it usually can not be returned.

The dispatch of your order.

Upon receipt of payment, your order will be made and send to you by mail. The order will be shipped in a standard bubblewrap-envelope (unless you indicate otherwise).

Conditions

** Swapping and returns. **

Agreements that are not paid within 2 weeks come to an end automatically. If something goes wrong with your order, it should be reported within 7 working days of receipt via email. A return shipment is only possible in consultation. The cost of sending this return is at the expense of the customer.

** You are entitled to an examination time. **

This means that you have a cooling-off period of at least 7 days (which is legally prescribed) in which the jewelry can be returned. Keep in mind that this examination time only is for the jewelry that you bought "as is" in the shop. The cooling-off period shall begin from the time that you received the jewelry.

** Guarantee. **

Violetmoon.nl gives 1 month warranty on the delivered jewelry. Guarantee does not apply to wear on articles or damage caused by incompetent use. Violetmoon.nl is not responsible for the further use of the jewelry.

** Personal. **

Violetmoon.nl holds no record of your personal data, it is saved in the cookies on your computer. Your information will only be used to process your order and will not be stored.

** Note. **

Violetmoon.nl as artist and hobbyist is not liable for any loss during shipment. But if unexpected does happen violetmoon.nl will try to find an appropriate solution, of course in collaboration with you.
